In order to make high quality pps system liner, clean and transparent, it requires Thunder to buy best plastic materials. We have to use imported plastic particle to produce PPS, it costs Thunder more in material, this is challenge for us as we always offer rock bottom distribution price to our customers.

Thunder buy packing boxes from carton manufacturer in local, sometimes the production of PPS CUP has been completed, but if the carton factory is busy, we have to wait for the box, then can ship goods. In order to solve this problem, we invested a factory in Ningbo to produce cartons only for Thunder in 2022.
High sea freight
In 2021, for shipping one full container to USA is take around 10,000-12,000 USD, This leads to our products becoming very expensive, fortunately, the shipping cost is going down in 2022, now it only costs 1500-3000 USD for shipping one full container to USA port
100% accurate ratios
Thunder has been cooperated with world fortune 500 companies in PPS CUP cooperation, they require us to make ratios 100% accurate on the hard cup, with 3 months efforts, we made very accurate ratios and passed their test.
We may meet more difficulties in the new year of 2023, but difficulties make Thunder Finish better and better !
